  The owner was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the trails he explained all the rules of the trails. After a day of fun we came back and had dinner at his restaurant that's right next to the rental building. I highly recommend both I'm deffinerly coming back

  Great time for whole family! Dan is great to work with, very good prices and great access to hubdreds of miles of routes and trails. Had 4 kids with us split between two ORV's. Everyone had great time, made our way up to Houghton Lake / Prudenville and hit their small but decent public beach for a little while before riding back. Brought a medium cooler and bag with swimsuits, etc. worked out well and had a lot of extra room in bed of out rides. Our ATV experience is limited - definitely not veteran trail riders- but covered 85 beautiful miles with no problem. Routes are a mix of somewhat challenging terrain with some tight hairpin turns through heavy forest and routes that take you one well maintained county and logging roads.
  
  Navigation is a little tricky at times in the area but make good use of the map Dan gives you and be ready to roll with it if you don't exactly know quite where you are at all times. You'll figure it out in due time and cover beautiful ground in the process. Trail / route markers are pretty good but not perfect- periodically needed to pull out gps on phone and co witnesses with map as neither is 100% what you need on their own. For most part had enough cell service to do this but you are definitely a ways off the grid and coverage can be spotty. Summer time riders should expect to get seriously dirty if it hasn't rained lately- Dan warned us and he wasn't joking! 100% worth it; great value, new machines that run great and beatutiful country to run them for as long as you can stand. All told we were out about 10 hrs before the kids admitted to being beat, cleaned up some and ate very good meal at restaurant when done. Great outing start to finish!

  We had 4 snowmobiles reserved for the weekend but after driving for 3 hours when we arrived the owner explained to us that there wasn't enough snow to ride snowmobiles on. He gave us a deal on 2 side x sides and 2 quads . WOW !!!! We had the time of our lives . Terrific machines , unbelievably scenic trails and great customer service. We definetely will do this again. Next time we are going to rent his cabin and make an entire week end out of it. Highly recommended !!!!
